The game is evolving and changing, but the rules have not. Something needs to be done. Change the rules, or inforce the rules. There is no reason that great athletes and players can't excell and showcase their talents under the old (and still current) rules of the game. I hate that we hear that officials are being taught to ignore certain clear violations depending on the situation or the result of the violation. That is ridiculous. I agree.
